  • What is the best way to contact the Long Beach Zombie Fest? +

    Due to the volume of ticket sales, the best way to contact is to complete the contact information form on the Contact Us page, (include your phone number).

    Email is continually monitored even after business hours.
  • I did not receive a ticket confirmation email? +

    Please first check your spam/junk folder.

    If not there, complete the contact information form on the Contact Us page, (include your phone number).

    If you still have not received your email confirmation after it has been resent, you can use the order printout and go to Will Call with appropriate I.D. for verification.
  • I received two ticket order confirmations? +

    Only duplicated orders will be refunded. Reply to the confirmation email you wish to cancel and state that it is a duplicate order. You will be sent confirmation of cancellation shortly thereafter. It may take up to 3 days to be recorded on your credit card account.
  • I click SUBMIT on my order, but nothing happens? +

    1. Verify all information entered is correct.

    2. Look for a Warning Sign with an Exclamation Mark that is indicating an error for that line of information.

    3. Make sure ALL information is filled in. IF NOT, the order cannot be processed. That includes questions being asked.

    4. Make sure your credit card is MasterCard, Visa or Discover. We DO NOT ACCEPT American Express.

    5. If you are still having problems, complete contact information form on the Contact Us page, (include your phone number).
  • I ordered tickets for Saturday, but I want to change it to Sunday? +

    You need to contact us if you choose to come on a different date as tickets are sold for each day according to availability.
  • Can I bring my dog to the festival? +

    Sorry, no pets are allowed in the festival site (except for service animals).
  • Can I bring outside food/drinks? +

    No backpacks, picnic coolers, baskets, outside food or drinks are allowed in the festival site. All food and beverage items must be purchased at the festival.
  • Can I bring my folding chair? +

    Folding chairs are permitted in designated area. No tents, gazebos, canopies, lounge chairs, etc.
  • Do I have to wear a costume? +

    Nope! Costumes are not required. We get several non-zombies every year, and all are welcome! Besides – zombies need food, too…
  • Will there be tickets sold at the door? +

    Yep! We anticipate long lines though, so do yourself a favor and consider buying early online and save.
  • Do I have to be a zombie? +

    All are welcome! At its heart, this is a Halloween celebration – we’d love to see any and all of your costumes.
  • Is this event for all-ages? +

    Yes! Our event continues to be very kid-friendly. Hundreds of children successfully attend and enjoy this festival Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

    TIP: Here’s what we’ve found over the years – it really, really depends on the child. You know your kid better than anyone….if your little one is anxious and scared of monsters, please consider getting a sitter.

    NO REFUNDS. NO EXCHANGES. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

    No refunds or exchanges in case of cancellation due to weather, natural catastrophe or any other event beyond the control of the Festival.

    Sorry, no pets are allowed in the festival site (except for service animals).

    NO BACKPACKS, PICNIC COOLERS, BASKETS, OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINKS ALLOWED IN THE FESTIVAL SITE.

    All food and beverage items must be purchased at the Festival.

    We reserve the right to search any bags being brought into the event and to refuse entry if they are found to contain prohibited items such as but not inclusive: edged weapons (such as knives, daggers, or swords for costumes), actual clubs, maces, or other crushing weapons; projectile weapons, even if unloaded or nonfunctional (including air guns, longbows, crossbows, etc.), alcohol, glass bottles, or any item deemed as a weapon.

    Acts, prices and hours are subject to change.

    MINORS under the age of 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult after 8:00PM.

    Rides, games, food and some activities may cost extra.

    Must be 21 years of age or older and properly wristband to consume alcohol.

    You may not bring alcohol into the festival site, you may not take alcohol outside of the festival area.

    Commercial activities and solicitation are prohibited without permission of the festival management.

    We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

    We reserves the right to deny admission to anyone who violates the terms of the event/ticket.

    In order to ensure the event provides a safe, enjoyable, and welcoming environment for everyone, we reserve the right, without refund of any portion of the ticket-purchase price, to refuse admission or remove from the event any person whose conduct is deemed to be disorderly, or unbecoming, or who uses vulgar or abusive language.
